| Which emails will be forwarded? | ForwardLive Engine checks "Inbox" folder and forwards new emails only. ForwardLive Engine doesn't check junk, spam and other personal folders. |
| Can I still access my email online? | Yes. We encourage you to access your email account and check junk folder weekly. Also your account may be deactived by your email provider, like Windows Live Mail, Yahoo or AOL, if you don't access for a period time. |
| When will I begin receiving forwarded mail? | It will take up to 24 hours when you add a new email address being checked or change a password. |
| What about large emails? | Maximum email size is 20MB, including attachments. |
| How many email addresses can be checked? | No limitation. |
| How many emails can be forwarded each day? | ForwardLive doesn't set any limitation on it. But your account will be terminated if you overuse ForwardLive services. |

| Do the original emails get deleted after forwarding? | No. ForwardLive does not delete it from the account checked. |
| Does ForwardLive keep a copy of original emails? | No. ForwardLive does not keep any copy of your emails. |
| What types of email accounts can be checked? | ForwardLive Service can check all standard email accounts (POP, IMAP, secure (SSL) POP, and secure (SSL) IMAP), plus Windows Live Mail (Hotmail/MSN), AOL, GMail, Yahoo. |
| Are original From, To, CC, and Subject kept? | Yes. Bounce emails with original From, To, CC addresses and subject retained so you can easily reply to your messages. |
| Why email from Destination email server is dropped? | ForwardLive Engine keeps all header information including Message-ID. It will generate a loop. Your Destination email server belives it is hacked. ForwardLive Engine must drop those emails. |
| Do you have service help me forward old emails? | Yes. Please contact us. We will charge US$3+ on it based on your email provider and quantity. |
